Welcome to Project-Based Italian!

This site is dedicated to teachers of Italian language at all levels, but predominantly for teachers at the middle and secondary school levels. 

There are not that many resources available for teaching Italian language and teachers, in my experience, have had to spend much time not only planning curriculum but also designing materials for that curriculum. Hopefully this site will provide a space for Italian language teachers not only to find material and resources to implement their lessons, but also to share their own ideas, questions and experience. It is also a resource for shifting our curriculum design from the traditional teacher-directed or even student-centered (but still teacher-directed) model to a project-based model that can lead to a student-driven, more personalized learning experience.
